Terms of Service

1. Using PulseGuard
PulseGuard provides Discord servers with automated security and moderation tools: anti-raid/anti-nuke protection, member verification, scam/phishing detection, impersonation detection, attachment scanning, and a dashboard for reviewing and configuring these protections. You may use PulseGuard only if you can comply with these terms and Discord's own Terms of Service.
2. Accounts and Access
Dashboard sign-in uses Discord. Server owners and staff are responsible for who is granted dashboard access to their server, and for the configuration choices they make (thresholds, exempt roles/channels, trusted domains, global-database sharing, and similar settings).
3. Automated Moderation Actions
PulseGuard may automatically time out, kick, ban, quarantine, or otherwise restrict members and content based on your server's configuration and its own detection systems. Automated detection is not perfect and can produce false positives; server staff are responsible for reviewing PulseGuard's actions and correcting any mistaken enforcement.
4. Service Rules
Do not use PulseGuard to harass, surveil, or retaliate against members; attempt to bypass, disable, or reverse engineer its detection systems for malicious purposes; abuse the global scam-report database with false reports; or interfere with the bot or dashboard's normal operation. We may suspend or remove access for a server or account that abuses the service.
5. Availability and Changes
PulseGuard is provided as-is and may change, pause, or stop at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted protection, and a Discord outage, API change, or novel attack pattern may mean a threat goes undetected or an action is delayed.
6. Third Parties
PulseGuard depends on Discord, which is a separate service with its own terms. PulseGuard is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PulseGuard and Pulse Systems are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, missed or mistaken detections, moderation decisions, community disputes, or third-party outages. These terms are a practical operating policy, not legal advice.
